Syndicate Marketing, LLC, doing business as Paragon Windows ("Paragon Windows," "we," "us," or "our"), respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you interact with our website, in-home consultations, door-to-door sales visits, financing applications, telephone calls, SMS messages, email communications, and any related products or services (collectively, the "Services").
This Privacy Policy applies to individuals located in the United States, primarily homeowners and property owners in Texas and Utah. By accessing the Services, providing information to us, consenting to receive communications, or otherwise engaging with us — including by speaking with a door-to-door sales representative or scheduling an in-home consultation — you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
This Privacy Policy is incorporated into, and forms part of, our Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms not defined here have the meanings set forth in the Terms and Conditions.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information from and about you in several ways:
1.1 Information You Provide Directly
When you request a free estimate, speak with a sales representative at your door or by phone, complete a web form, schedule an in-home consultation, apply for financing, or sign an installation contract, you may provide:
- Identifying information such as your full name, home address, city, state, ZIP code;
- Contact information such as your telephone number, mobile phone number, and email address;
- Property information such as your home's window and door measurements, photographs of your home's exterior and existing windows, style and material preferences, and details relevant to preparing a quote;
- Financial and credit information you submit in connection with a financing application, including income, employment status, and information necessary for a credit check, where you apply for financing through one of our financing partners;
- Payment information such as deposit, draw, or final payment details;
- Verbal information disclosed during in-home consultations, door-to-door visits, or telephone calls with our representatives;
- Any other information you choose to provide, including in connection with a warranty claim or service request.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically
When you access our website or engage with our Services, we automatically collect certain information, including:
- Device and browser information such as IP address, device type, operating system, browser type and version;
- Usage information such as pages viewed, links clicked, time spent on pages, referring website, and date/time of access;
- Location information derived from IP address (approximate geolocation only; we do not collect precise GPS location without separate consent);
- Call metadata such as date, time, duration, and disposition;
- Message metadata such as delivery status, opt-in and opt-out events, and engagement signals;
- Cookies, web beacons, pixels, server logs, and similar tracking technologies (see Section 5).
1.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information about you from:
- Financing partners, including Synchrony and Sunlight Financial, in connection with the status or outcome of a financing application you submit;
- Publicly available sources such as county property records, government records, and public directories, used to help verify property information or prepare estimates;
- Data appending and verification services that supplement information you have provided;
- Social media platforms, where you interact with our presence on those platforms;
- Service providers, including our communications platform providers, scheduling and CRM platforms, and identity or credit verification providers.
1.4 Photographs and Project Documentation
In the course of providing a quote, performing an inspection, or completing an installation, we may photograph your home, windows, doors, and completed work for quoting, quality control, warranty, and (with your separate consent, as described in Section 5) marketing purposes such as before-and-after project galleries and testimonials.
1.5 Call Recordings
Some, but not all, telephone calls between you and Paragon Windows may be recorded. Where calls are recorded, you will be notified at the beginning of the call. Recordings, where created, are retained for seven (7) days from the date of the call and are then automatically and permanently deleted, except where applicable law, a legal hold, a pending dispute, or your specific written request requires a longer retention period.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- To prepare estimates, schedule consultations, and deliver window and door replacement, insulation, inspection, and installation services;
- To process financing applications by sharing necessary information with Synchrony, Sunlight Financial, or other financing partners you choose to apply with;
- To send marketing and promotional communications via SMS, voice, and email regarding our own products and services;
- To deliver transactional, informational, customer service, scheduling, or warranty-related messages associated with services you have requested;
- To respond to your inquiries, requests, and feedback;
- To verify your identity, authenticate access, and prevent fraud or abuse;

- To comply with applicable legal obligations, including recordkeeping required under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, the FTC Telemarketing Sales Rule, the FTC Cooling-Off Rule for door-to-door sales, and applicable Texas and Utah law;
- For any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or for which you provide consent.
3. Legal Bases for Processing
Where applicable, we rely on the following legal bases for processing your personal information:
- Your consent, which you may withdraw at any time as described in this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions;
- Performance of a contract or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, including preparing a quote or processing a financing application;
- Our legitimate business interests, such as operating, improving, and marketing our Services, preventing fraud, and ensuring the security of our systems, provided such interests are not overridden by your rights and interests;
- Compliance with legal obligations to which we are subject.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We only share your information with third parties when it is strictly necessary to deliver our services, process a financing application you initiate, or as required by law.
4.1 SMS Opt-In and Consent Status
We collect your phone number and consent (opt-in) status to provide you with SMS services related to the campaign you opted into — such as estimate scheduling, appointment reminders, project updates, and marketing texts from Paragon Windows. We will not share your SMS opt-in or consent status with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your phone number, consent status, and message content with third parties that help us deliver our messaging services, including messaging platform providers, phone carriers, and vendors who assist in the delivery of text messages. These providers may use this information only to provide those delivery services to us.
4.2 Financing Partners
If you apply for financing, we share the information necessary to process your application — which may include your name, contact information, address, income, employment, and credit-related information — with the financing partner you select, currently Synchrony and Sunlight Financial. These financing partners are independent companies with their own privacy policies and terms governing your financing relationship with them, which we encourage you to review before applying. We are not responsible for the privacy or data practices of our financing partners once your information has been submitted to them.
4.3 Service Providers
We share information with third-party service providers who perform services strictly on our behalf, including communications platform providers, scheduling and CRM platforms, hosting and infrastructure providers, email service providers, analytics providers, fraud-prevention providers, payment processors, and professional advisors (legal, accounting, and consulting). These service providers are bound by contractual or policy obligations to use information only as necessary to provide services to us.
4.4 Business Transfers
If Paragon Windows or Syndicate Marketing, LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, asset sale, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred or disclosed to a successor entity, prospective purchaser, or their advisors as part of due diligence or as an asset of the transaction.
4.5 Legal Compliance and Protection
We may disclose your information if we believe in good faith that such disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (b) enforce our Terms and Conditions; (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security, or technical issues; (d) protect the rights, property, or safety of Paragon Windows, our customers, or others; or (e) respond to a claim or dispute, including a warranty or contract dispute.
4.6 With Your Consent or at Your Direction
We may share your information, including before-and-after photographs of your project and testimonials, for marketing purposes with your explicit, separate consent.
4.7 Aggregated or De-Identified Information
We may share aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified information that cannot reasonably be used to identify you for internal research, analytics, and service improvement purposes only.
5. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Online Advertising
We and our service providers use cookies, web beacons, pixels, local storage, server logs, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember your preferences, and analyze usage.
Most browsers allow you to refuse or accept cookies and to delete cookies. Disabling cookies may limit your ability to use certain features of the Services.
Some browsers and devices support "Do Not Track" or "Global Privacy Control" signals. We will honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by applicable law as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
6. Data Security
We implement administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the personal information we collect, including financial and credit information submitted for financing applications, from unauthorized access, use, alteration, or disclosure. These safeguards include access controls, encryption in transit, vendor management, and routine security review.
Despite these measures, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is one hundred percent secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including:
- Contract, quote, and payment records: for the duration of any applicable statute of limitations and for the life of the Lifetime Workmanship Guarantee on completed installations;
- Consent records: a minimum of five (5) years following the date of consent or last communication;
- Call recordings (where created): seven (7) days, subject to legal hold or other lawful basis for longer retention;
- Financing application data: only as long as necessary to submit and process the application, after which it is retained by the financing partner under its own policy;
- Other personal information: as long as needed to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
8. Your Rights and Choices
